Her on-the-go, do-from-anywhere streaming platform, RBL REMOTE, features 10-45 minute REBEL classes and hosts group challenges where people can connect, feel supported, and get inspired by one another. Melissa encourages a balanced approach to fitness and lifestyle health and wellness. The driving force behind the Fitness REBEL revolution is Melissa’s extensive knowledge of the human body and unique balance of physical fitness and smart training and nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. Melissa’s group fitness, personal training and lifestyle coaching is built on a foundation of inclusivity.
Melissa began her fitness career as a certified pilates instructor and has expanded her passion and expertise to include alignment, functional movement, and prenatal & postnatal fitness. While form and function are always top of mind, Melissa is always keeping her clients on their toes offering workouts that are truly effective and always new and different. Merging tough love with unconditional devotion, she’s constantly learning, evolving, and encouraging her community to do the same.

Melissa is a mom of twins, she knows how hard it is to carve out time for a ourselves, especially our workouts. Melissa’s workouts are fast, effective and will send you off on your day with clarity and power.
