HOW IT WORKS
Our initial meetings are about data collection, how your life, your time, your habits are structured. I will design a plan that is easy, works with your world, keeps you body in balance, and is optimized for you to feel good - inside and out. The details will include how many days a week you will be training, what days those are and the exact movements you will be doing. I will take out all of the guess work and make things extremely clear.
