Paleo Pancakes
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
5 eggs.
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon apple cider
1/4 cup -packed- almond flour (any brand)
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot or tapioca flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Heat a large nonstick or cast iron pan. Pour batter in as a few pancakes and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
3. Flip and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
4. Take off heat and enjoy!
